We are looking for a Business Development Executive to enhance our growth efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving our market presence. Your role involves strategic thinking, a keen understanding of the competitive landscape, and the ability to forge meaningful connections with clients. What you will do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current market trends.
  • Forge strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, sectors, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent sales growth.
  • Negotiate and close business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning based on client feedback and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market knowledge and understanding of business practices.
  • Experience in customer support and the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
